SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Sorry, we do not currently ship orders outside the United States.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

$.01-$15.99=$4.00 shipping/handling

$16-$24.99=$8.00 shipping/handling

$25-$49.99=$13.00 shipping/handling

$50-$74.99=$16.00 shipping/handling

$75-$99=$21.00 shipping/handling

$100.00-$149.99 = $23.00 shipping/handling

$150.00 + = FREE shipping/handling

Most orders are shipped by UPS (no PO Boxes).   Some smaller items (such as CD's, incense, etc.)  may be shipped by USPS 1st Class at our discretion.  Orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after CLEARED payment is received. Should any items be out of stock we may hold your order if back-ordered items are expected in within 5 business days. Otherwise, orders are shipped immediately with back ordered items shipped later at NO EXTRA CHARGE beyond your original shipping charge. We work hard to keep our store updated and label items that are out of stock, however, sometimes due to high sales an item may be out of stock and not labeled. 

 Due to the fragile nature of some of our items, your items may be shipped in separate packages to help prevent damages.  When shipping by UPS or USPS we can provide you a tracking number to track your package(s).  

SECURITY
Safe and secure shopping guaranteed! Your credit card number and/or bank information cannot be read by a third party while in transit and will remain private and completely protected.  This website cannot view, access and does not store your credit card inforamation.  PAYPAL is a secured payment method and is guaranteed safe for users. 

RETURNS
Easy returns and no risk for you! All products purchased through our store may be returned for a refund if returned in new, unused condition for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the order date. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment, minus the shipping charges.
Returns not due to our error must be shipped prepaid to us. If an item was shipped to you in error or is defective, we will pay your return shipping costs. We will reimburse you via your original order payment form for the cost of your shipping. We recommend shipping via a traceable method as we cannot be responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by carriers. We will not charge you shipping for replacement of any defective items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is being returned due to a shipping error, or is defective.

Candle returns:  If you are returning a candle it must be returned unlit.  Candles that have been lit will not be accepted as returns.  Oil burners and oils must also be returned un-used.  Incense is not returnable.

If a package is delivered which you feel was damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, we ask that you contact the carrier and properly process damage claims with the carrier.  After contacting the carrier, please contact us and we will assist in correcting the situation and replacement of your product.

Returns for Refunds will be subject to 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee is taken if the packaging is unopened, not damaged and is in resalable condition, containing all original contents.

If an item is missing from your order, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please send an e-mail to info@crystalcandle-shop.com describing why you wish to return the item(s). We will respond with a return authorization code and additional return and shipping instructions. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your return request.

BACKORDERS
Some items are shipped from various distribution centers and your order may be shipped in multiple packages on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping charges for multiple shipments. Backordered items will ship as soon as possible. You will be e-mailed if there is an extended delay in our ability to ship an item and you will be given a choice to cancel the backordered items and have your payment for the item(s) refunded or continue waiting for them to be available.

CANCELING ORDERS
Once submitted, orders are not cancelable unless the item is backordered. By submitting an order, you are confirming that you have reviewed the order details and agreed with all charges and policies. If you refuse an order shipment with the carrier, we will refund you for the products upon their return to us but not for shipping charges.

Safety with Candles:  Never leave candles burning unattended, especially when you have children or pets in the home.  Burn candles out of the reach of children and pets.   Pets can easily catch their tails on fire.   Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch on fire.   Always burn candles on a protected, heat resistant surface.
